By accessing or using OemalPay's services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and merchants. Additional terms may apply to specific services and will be presented when you sign up for those services.

To use OemalPay services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Complete identity verification (KYC) as required
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law
• Have a valid Nigerian bank account or payment card

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your contact information current
• Ensuring sufficient funds for transactions
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

OemalPay provides the following services:

• Digital Wallet: Store and manage funds electronically
• Payments: Send and receive money instantly
• Bill Payments: Pay utility bills, subscriptions, and more
• Airtime & Data: Purchase mobile top-ups and data bundles
• Gift Cards: Buy digital gift cards for popular brands
• Flight Bookings: Search and book domestic and international flights

Service availability may vary by location and may be subject to additional terms.

Fees for our services are displayed before you confirm a transaction. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• Transaction fees vary by service type and amount
• Wallet funding may incur gateway charges
• Withdrawal fees apply for bank transfers
• Currency conversion rates apply for international transactions

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice to users.

You agree NOT to use OemalPay for:

• Illegal activities including money laundering or terrorism financing
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Purchasing illegal goods or services
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Circumventing transaction limits or security measures
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Reverse engineering or hacking our systems
• Harassing other users or OemalPay staff

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

If you believe a transaction was made in error or without your authorization:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of the transaction
• Provide all relevant transaction details and evidence
• Cooperate with our investigation team

We will investigate disputes and, if valid, process refunds within 7-14 business days. Some transactions (like airtime purchases) may not be refundable once processed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OemalPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific transaction
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
